JADE is a support site for children and younger teenagers -- under the age of sixteen only -- who suffer from Anxiety, Depression or other related problems.

Run by a group of older, adult volunteers -- all of whom have been there themselves, and "got the T-shirt" -- we aim to offer information, guidance, emotional support and comfort to young people in a safe and friendly environment through our web pages, a forum and an attached, safe Chat Room.

Our purpose is to provide additional assistance, not an alternative, to whatever professional, medical or parental support the child/teenager may need.

For anyone over sixteen years of age who feels they might benefit from similar help, we recommend the following site:
Phobics Awareness - for over-16's who suffer from Phobias, Anxiety, Depression and Panic Attacks.  Also Free Chat Room and Forum, at  www.phobics-awareness.org.
